After Sales Services & Spare Parts: We provide comprehensive after sales services and also ex-stock availability of most of the spare parts (through our fully computerized spare parts ware house located Singapore) for the offered Machinery & Plant. If the required parts are not available in our stock at any given time, we have online order facilities with our principals and they will arrange to send the parts within 02-05 working days by courier service or hand carrying the same and within 05-07 working days by Air-freight depending on the availability and customer requirement. Ocean freight within 14-30 days. Our after sales services are backed by a team of technician headed by an Engineer. With the purchase of the above equipment, we shall provide you with free operator training and familiarization with the operation of the machine and periodical maintenance. We would also offer you a service agreement where our service engineers would inspect your machine periodically and submit reports on the condition of the machine.
